Another study published in 2011 in Neuropsychopharmacology found that CBD could specifically help quell social anxiety. 

It’s become quite clear that CBD oil for anxiety is becoming a growing practice for those who suffer from anxiety disorders. Studies are still ongoing for CBD as a natural alternative for anxiety relief. However, there’s sufficient evidence already out there that points to its many benefits.
